If you are looking at our refund and return policy then you either ordered one of our products or are seriously considering ordering one of our products. We love our customers and strive to keep you satisfied especially when things don't turn out the way you expect. Here are a few key points that you should know:

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your order and receive a refund within  calender days after receipt of card. Most issues can be solved with a quick email, chat or phone call. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact customer support before requesting a return.

Refills* and original shipping costs(if applicable) are not refundable.

In order to provide low-cost international data rates, we work with hundreds of providers and operators spread out all across the globe. This means that sometimes issues arise that are beyond our control to fix. We do our best to make things right and provide adequate and amenable compensation.

To cancel your order and request a refund please contact us via email or chat with the reason for your request, your order number, and SIM-card ID. Cancellations and refunds is subject to a minumum 10% processing fee.

Only inactivated card can be cancelled and returned.
The card will be activated automatically after inserted into the SIM card slot and enable "Data Roaming" of your device. So please only use it after you arrive your destination.

There may be blind spot of the internet coverage in some areas. Blind spot may cause LTE/$GB internet or slow transmitting speed. Please check the internet data coverage from the "Internet Service Providers" of the destination address prior to your purchase. No return and refund due to the lack of data coverage.

Please check the compatibility of your devices with the local ISP's sim card in advance. Purchase is not eligible for refund due to incompatibility.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method (i.e. Credit Card or PayPal) used to make the purchase and issued within 7 business days of receipt of the cancellation request.

If product arrives damaged (D.O.A.), save the product and the original packaging, notify ONLINE Customer Service( immediately to obtain a RMA number. There isn't exchange, return or refund for damage to the item due to mishandling or misuse.
